The design for the new company building is divided into communal, event and administration areas. A clear grid enables modular, flexible floor plans without traditional corridors, with short distances, open views and plenty of daylight. The building consistently focuses on climate- and cycle-friendly construction. The focus is on reducing the consumption of primary resources, the use of natural energy potential and a construction method that enables complete dismantling. A modular timber frame construction with clay infills and suspended board stack elements for the ceilings and roof is planned. For the bracing, individual bays are filled with unbaked clay bricks, which have low emissions and are fully recyclable. For reasons of sustainability and cost-effectiveness, a basement level has been omitted.
