Today the two lateral bridge girders were concreted. The preparations for this critical construction phase began before sunrise: the self-compacting concrete was pressed simultaneously into the two parallel bridge girders by 2 concrete pumps. After successful concreting, the prestressing process begins as soon as the concrete has reached a sufficient strength. The inauguration of the bridge is planned for August.
