The new community center for the Er-Lebt community in Landau in der Pfalz is planned as a three-storey solid construction without a basement. The building is erected on a former barracks site, runs parallel to Marie-Curie-Straße and adjoins the headquarters of Sparkasse Südliche Weinstraße on its eastern narrow side. The western part of the building houses mainly recreation rooms and offices above a large foyer area on the ground floor, while the eastern part of the building is characterized by a large hall that occupies the entire height of the building.
