22 Dec Lifting the footbridges in the Grüne Mitte Neckarpark
Shortly before Christmas, the bridge superstructures for the two pedestrian bridges planned by ENGELSMANN PETERS were lifted in. The buildings, designed as steel structures, cross a moat that was created on the north side of the Green Centre Neckarpark. The planning area is to be developed in the next few years as a residential and business quarter in Bad Cannstatt. The park planned by the Stuttgart office lohrberg stadtlandschaftsarchitektur is the first stage of realisation and forms the heart of the area. Completion is scheduled for early summer 2017.
