On Sonnenallee, the three newly erected shell buildings are almost complete, although construction is still going on diligently at the Community Hall. This is a conversion project, with the special feature that an independent new building with an independent foundation is being constructed within/below the existing structure. The new walls on the ground floor have already been constructed and the mezzanine ceiling will follow.
